Sleep tracking to identify bad trends

A mix of hearth rate, snoring and sleep cycles analysis helps me to improve my sleep and keep it under control. There’s no need to explain why the sleep is important but, in my experience, tracking it made a real difference on my overall well-being.

I usually wake up around 6:15 so that I have time to do my morning routines and be ready for the day.

All of this is possible because I analyzed my sleep patterns and improved them gradually.

Karate Do ‘Shotokan’ for discipline

At the age of 5 I started my training. In total I did 16 years of Karate and I can’t be happier about it.

The stability, coordination and flexibility that I derive from this practice have always had a positive impact on my overall wellness.

Discipline helped me with every aspect of my growing process, keeping me away from distractions and bad habits.

Healthy food for longevity

As an Italian man the food is a great part of my culture and the quality is never the less a must. Try to tell my family that you put pineapple on pizza and you’ll see their shocked expression.

The food you decide to eat is important because it’s essential for sustaining general improvement.

Eating a healthy diet can help you to improve your physical and mental performance, boost your immune system, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, and improve your mood and overall well-being.

Gym to increase self confidence

I train to be strong enough, I train to be confident enough , I train to feel good.

The most evident aspect of a body is its shape, so shape it! Training is positive because it reminds me of working hard for the results I want.

This then apply to other aspects of my life like the job I want, the life I want, the future I want and so on. You bet I work hard for all of this!
